By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
The Neat Freakz provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. The scope of work is based on the details provided by the client and may be subject to adjustment upon inspection.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on the services requested and the size/condition of the space. An estimate will be provided prior to the cleaning service. Final pricing may vary if additional services are requested during or after the cleaning session. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24/48] hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
Access to Property
The client agrees to provide The Neat Freakz cleaning team with access to the property at the scheduled time. If the property is locked or access is denied upon arrival, a fee may apply, and the service will be rescheduled or canceled.
Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to secure any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning. The Neat Freakz will not be liable for damage to items left in unsafe conditions or for any items that are damaged during the course of the cleaning that were not disclosed by the client beforehand.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete satisfaction with every service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please contact us within [24-48] hours, and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.
Liability
The Neat Freakz is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items, and any damages occurring outside the scope of our cleaning duties will be the responsibility of the client.
Health and Safety
For the safety of our team and clients, please inform us of any known allergies, pets, or potential hazards within your property. We may refuse to clean areas deemed unsafe for our staff.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for service provision.
Amendments
The Neat Freakz reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the latest version will be available on our website.
